Clutterless Recovery Groups Promises Or Affirmations For Clutterers
As clutterers, we need to have faith that things will get better in relation to cluttering. Clutterless Recovery Groups is dedicated to helping us improve our self-image and understanding the psychological reasons for our cluttering. We do not call ourselves "messies, packrats, slobs" or other derogatory terms. Many of us have anxiety, depression, OCD, ADD or ADHD psychological issues that contribute to our cluttering behavior. These promises or affirmations are usually read at the end of our support meetings, but you can read them anytime you wish. Positive affirmations go a long way to making us feel better.
